so theirs this guy and I we have never talked to each other. um....... my mom and my sister used to tell me that he’s a cute guy and I should go out with him, but I never wanted to yet I liked him. ok so a few months back he stopped looking at me and it bugged me. Some tell me that he stopped because he though I wasn’t interested. his parents were so lovable they would hug me, kiss me (not on the lips lol), and do other stuff that seemed so nice. now I don’t think I like him but I do think about him. and I just don’t understand why.

While you can stop it when you come to terms that there is a possibility that he doesn't like you like that anymore. Maybe because as you said your not interested or maybe he is playing hard to get.
