the ugliest man and the man that takes all her money uses her does not committ and lies to her and she believes them what can i do to make her see and open her eyes to these people my children were always taught its whats inside and not out but it seems she seems to pick the bad in both of these

She really needs to find that out for herself. I mean you can tell her that she is picking the wrong ones but she might take the comment and run with it or she might just ignore it so whatever you do I'm sure it will effect her somehow. Them teenagers have a mind of their own. Just try it and see what happens. She needs to weed out the losers. Good luck and happy holidays.

Women often pick men that remind them of their fathers. So did YOU pick a bad guy to have a child with?
And as far as calling him the "ugliest man..." Looks aren't everything. We all get old and our looks go to s**t, and I've met plenty of people that were ugly on the inside and nobody liked them, even though they were pretty on the outside.

One explanation is that she doesn't feel she deserves good guys and must be a "caretaker" or enabler and "fix" dysfunctional guys. She, unfortunately, learned that from somewhere and it will take a good deal of work on her part to change her choices. Most likely a skilled therapist will be required.
