It sounds as though you have sciatica. Sciatica is a pressing of or pinching of the sciatic nerve, which travels down your leg. It could be the result of strain, or you might have thrown your spine out of alignment, or maybe you have degenerative disks, or maybe there's some other cause. You might want to see a doctor, but unfortunately as far as I know there's very little that can be done (unless you have some really acute injury, like a herniated disc in your back or something like that). The doctor may prescribe a mild painkiller and will probably recommend rest, very mild exercise (like walking around your house, just to try to keep things from stiffening up), and maybe hot or cold compresses. You might also see a chiropractor, who can deal with any issues that involve realigning your spine.

Sounds like a pinched nerve or Cyatic nerve.
go See doctor or chiropractor. suggest to keep moving .you don't want a blood clot to form which could travel to your heart or brain then you really have problems.
I am by no means a doctor, but had cyatic problems and it sounds similar. get it checked out for peace of mind
shake a leg 9no pun intended) good luck

See your doctor. You might be having trouble with your sciatic nerve or possibly a herniated disk.
