That is why cats should be kept inside. There is too much outside that can make them sick and then you don't know what she got into. She needs to go to the vet and you need some litter and a litterbox. Maybe some toys so that she won't get bored.

It could be a "kitty cold" because you said your cat is an outdoor cat or it could have something stuck in her nose from the outdoors.

I've cute & pasted from the source website I listed below....

"Sneezing in cats is most often associated with upper respiratory infections, or "kitty colds." These are usually viral, but bacterial or fungal causes also occur. A foreign object stuck in a cat's nose-such as a blade of grass-may also cause sneezing. Allergies may be responsible, but they are much less common in cats than they are in humans.

There is no specific treatment for sneezing. A sneezing cat should be seen by a veterinarian if nasal discharge is thick or colored. Continuous bouts of sneezing may indicate something is lodged in the nasal passages. Loss of appetite and depression are also signs that your cat needs veterinary attention. Your veterinarian may prescribe antibiotics and a vaporizer or recommend other diagnostics and treatments."

Since she is an outside cat, I'm thinking it may be an upper respiratory infection. Do her eyes look runny or crusty? If she has these symptoms for more than a couple of days, a trip to the vet is in order.

It could be anything if you keep the cat outside. The cat needs to see a vet. Does the cat have all its shots up to date? One thing is for sure, it is not going to get better without help, no matter what is wrong with it.

BRING HER IN SIDE NOW!!!!!
She might be eating mice. Which my cats do and do the same thing. She will stop BUT IF SHE DOESN'T take her to the VET RIGHT AWAY.
