Tests are expensive, therefore... if tested for it- it would be found... However they are most likely bringing you in to test something other than that. So they won't find out. I've gone throught that many times when I was younger- and they never found out! So- relax, you're fine!

If you smoke, traces can be found in your blood, whether you're vegan or not. The traces will be bigger the heavier you smoke, and the less you do, the smaller they will be. If the laboratory doesn't especially search for nicotine, it will perhaps not see these traces.
The chances your folks might find out are there any day. You might happen to meet someone when you're smoking on the street or they may smell tobacco in your clothes. It could be better to be honest and tell them before they find out somehow.

Yes always when they check your blood they can find anything such as diseases, alcohol, drugs, including weed, and anything else that is a risk factor to your body.

Only if you want them to, they're not looking for that and would probably have to do other tests out of the ordinary.
