i'm 15 almost 16.. my bone structure is medium i think. and i'm 5'6.. what should my weight be?

whoever said i should worry about body fat.. how do i determine the fat in my body and how can i lose it?

Around 120-130 probably. My cousin is about the same and she isnt to skinny or heavy.

Don't worry about your body weight - worry about your body fat. Body weight can vary quickly (3-4 lbs premenstrual, 1-2 lbs if you are constipated, etc) but body fat doesn't change much. You should have about 18 - 21% body fat at your age. Yes, 120-130 lbs sounds about reasonable, but body fat is a much better indicator.

You and I are the same age, I'm 5'7", and I weigh 110. I'm thin, and I have like a model body. But a lot of people say I should eat more.. I'm not anorexic nor bulimic, but I eat little.

I've recently looked at a study saying girls around our age & height should be weighing about 120? I don't remember but it was around there.

130-144lbs is what I've found as the average for a woman of medium frame and 5'6''.
Small frame (same height) is 120-133lbs.
