I catch men looking at my feet for a few minutes. I live in Souther CA, so all I wear is sandals, and my feet have to look cute all the time.
Men have a thing for feet. I take care of my hands just as well, but I never catch them staring at my hands.

if the options are only feet and hands, I'd have to say hands, but the real answer lies between the two, if you know what I mean. Men rarely check anything out except your rear end or your boobs, whichever is bigger.
