Horse meat. OK, maybe not...
I don't know Epona real well so I'm afraid I can't provide specific ideas off the top of my head. However, I do know that Epona was the one Celtic deity that the Romans eventually adopted into their pantheon, so there's a chance there might be something written about her...
I would try to find written sources about her and work from there. Just a stab in the dark...Aelian's book "On the Nature of Animals" might have something on her.
If scholarly inquiry doesn't lead to anything fruitful, I'd simply offer generic libations (wine, water, milk, honey), food sacrifices (meat? carrots? oats? something else?), maybe a horse figurine or something silly like that, and spend a lot of time around horses until she decides to make her desires known to you.

Well, I do not know a lot about Epona, but she was a goddess of horses, and I also believe was associated with the musical instrument the horn (but check me on that). Either way, perhaps an appropriate offering would be a figurine (or oragami) or for you to play or sing a song for her.

I'm not sure on this one, but I would have to agree with Stephen (I hope I spelled that right... I've read so many answers in the past 10 minutes the I probably got the name wrong).... Donate money or time to horse rescues is an excellent idea.
Rebuke means to correct. I wouldn't pay too much attention to the one's who use the "God rebuke you" thing... cause I honestly don't think they know what it means. They use it as if they are trying to Banish something.

Epona is a horse Goddess. I think she's like apples.
She may also like you to get involved with programs that protect horses.

Epona was a triple Goddess and also considered a patron Goddess of horses. If you want to do something to please Her I would suggest a donation to help with Horse rescue efforts. Especially concerning horses that were used for hormone replacement therapy for women, where the female horses were treated terribly and the baby horses were a "bi-product"

Since she's a horse goddess, my first thought was apples. I don't have a lot of versing in the Celtic pantheon, and I did a little looking online... You might find some ideas here:
http://inanna.virtualave.net/epona.html
(I'm happy to say that they list "apples" as well!)
I have to say that I like the donation to horse rescue idea, as well, but I'm a rescue advocate as is, so that's probably part of it!

Do some research on her. Just google Epona. Read her histories. Take it from there. An offering should be very personal. I try to remember to eat apples on Friday to thank Aphrodite for sending such a wonderful man into my life (and for keeping me open to noticing him).
Bright blessings!

Just offer her your thoughts and praise, your time and devotion. Certain gifts to symbolize fertility and horses would help, but in general and to you. Nothing specific. Those seem to be her traits.

she's a horse goddess, right? Um, hay! :-)
I read that she is associated both with dreams/nightmares and abundance/fertility. This bookbook called 'Celtic Myth & Magick' says cornocopia's should be used. I would try Wikipedia, too, and see what it sats.
