Have it styled / cut with several layers, then have it cut right above shoulder length. It's called a "layered bob" style.

try a haircut with layers mid size (under the shoulders), you can also get special shampoo to get volume, it helps.

just comb it out & let it be. I don't know ur gender, but if ur female, no ponytails. just wear it down & use petroleum jelly.
