Twice we have tried i have enough money to keep her for the month and she will stay with me she will be no burden on the state in any way

Did they give a reason why it was refused? Did you write a letter to support her application? That might help. However, if she doesn't have enough money herself it may be difficult because they may think that if you fall out when she gets here she can not support herself. I have had friends come from the middle east but they have all been able to support themselves.

My husband and I are at the last phase in bringing him to the US from Morocco. When we first started the process, we did not have the option for a visitor's Visa.

You need to address the issue of why she is being refused a visitors visa. What reasons are given, Fix those and it should be ok.

She is being refused for a reason, look into it, there might be something you are not aware of, or just get your woman here.

you did not say what her refusal stated ? are you telling them that you will supporte her ? and can you ? you have to prove that you will do that ..........please be more specific on the refusals thus far ...........
