Dress nicely and talk to him. Show interest in the conversation. If you want him to ask you out ask him what is his favorite restaurant. When he answers either tell him what you like about the place( if you have been there there) or ask him about it. He may not take the hint immediately, but he may ask you out later especially if you talk to him again.

Guys don't like to play mind games, so approach the gentleman in question and tell it like it is. Be yourself and be sincere, as you will be surprised to know that us guys are very flattered when women express interest in us. It takes a lot of stress off our shoulders instead of having to chase women around all the time.

Show him your very interested in something he likes. For instance Baseball, take him out to the game or something and cheer for the team. Or just wear sexy underwear and say you want to f**k. That always works.
