Something with protein if you're not vegan - milk, yogurt, cheese. It'll help you go back to sleep, whereas a sweet treat will likely keep you awake. I also liked bananas when I was pregnant, or toast with butter or a nut butter (w/o hydrogenated fat though!).

Anything that's cold and in the fridge for when I waddle to the kitchen at 3:30 a.m. Then waddle back to bed.
Cold pizza or Chinese are the best to find in the fridge at that hour.
