Well, sweetie, I don't have that problem. But you have to understand if your father is a preacher and he's preaching the word of God, no he is not going to accept that, because according to the word of God that is not an acceptable thing. But I can say that you have to understand where they are coming from and they too have to treat and respect your decision. But you have to talk to them in an adult manner and not argue.

No. I don't have this problem. but sometimes we have to accept unacceptance. does that make sense? be who you are, and love them regardless. hopefully they'll learn to do the same to you.
