Please don't say I have to use foil I don't have any! Is there another method of keeping it moist? I already have lemon juice, oil and garlic and herb coating it.

From personal experience, about 10-15 minutes, depending on how thick it is. Don't worry about the foil, if you're careful. The salmon will get 'flakey' as it cooks so don't poke it or anything. When you remove it from the grill, take a fork and poke the middle of the salmon fillet, if the seperates when you twist the fork into little 'flakes', it's time to eat!

If your cooking it under the grill it should take no more than 3 to 4 mins. A good way to cook it is mix up some whole grain mustard and honey and coat that over the filet's. Squeeze a bit of lemon on it and put a small piece of butter on top of each piece. Then stick it under the grill and watch it until it starts to get golden, this will make it kind of crunchy on the outside as the honey caramelises....Very good...have faith ;)

You don't need tin foil to cook the salmon, wash the salmon, marinate it with lemon juice, salt, black papper and olive oil, wrape in two layers of newspaper then soak the newspaper with salmon in water. Cook in oven for 10 minutes or until the newspaper get dry. Remove the fish from the newspaper and serve with salad. Newspaper will keep the fish moisture and retain all the flavours.

Fish cooks very quickly make sure you use foil and also you might consider basting it too. It should be done on the grill with about 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Check it with a fork and when it flakes nicely it is done.

Depending in how thick the fillet is between 4-5 minute per side. Watch the colour of the flesh change, when its light pink it should be ready. Don't over cook or it will be tough as old boots.

Depends how thick, but roughly 10 mins. Wrap in foil to keep moist. Bung in some lemon too. Damn I'm hungry.

About 15 minutes, as long as it is hot all the way through it will be fine.

Depends how thick it is...and its like a steak..well done..medium...?...and you've probably over done the coating...but then these things aren't urgent...
