I bought lots thinking we'd go through them (as my oldest used to LOVE eating them) and now i'm stuck with more than i need and I'd rather not throw them out, if there is a good use for them.

Give them to your local shelter. Or take some to work for your co-workers.

Hi readytogo!

If you enjoy baking you could crush them and make a pie crust. Use them like graham crackers, so you'd need 1 1/2 cups of the cookies, crushed, 1/4 cup sugar and 1/3 cup melted butter. Press it into a 8 or 9" pie plate and then bake it for about 10-12 minutes in a 375 degree oven. Fill with your favorite pudding and voila! Dessert:-)))

I am all about holiday parties. I would invite family and friends over for a "holiday tea party", where you can incorporate the season with getting rid of your cookies! Put on some holiday music inthe background, set ot the cookies on trays, and have at it. You can even get some ribbon and cellophane to put cookies in a basket and ask your guests to take some with them as parting gifts. If not the cookies can be put in a tin for gift giving this year! If all else fails, seal them in a heavy duty ziploc bag and freeze them for next year.
