Try Mrs. Dash! They make a few different kinds and some of them, if not all, are salt free, I believe. Just go to the spice section in your grocery store and you should be able to choose from a wide variety. Other than that, you can use lemon, basil, italian seasoning..etc etc...

I love lemon juice and pepper on my tuna. (I don't eat any meat except fish, but most things that work on fish work on chicken as well.)
Other good spices are paprika (very subtly flavored), cayenne pepper (also boosts metabolism!), ground cumin, curry powder (stains your fingers, be careful!), basil.. I use all these, but all of them work really well with a liquid base (like lemon or lime juice, I love those especially!)
Many recipes can be modified by just removing the salt, as it's rarely added for anything other than flavor. Good luck!

Lemon and pepper. Or just lemon. Mrs. Dash... tons of stuff like that! Lots of low or no sodium marinades out there too for the chicken.

Lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic powder, fresh garlic, and cayenne work well on either chicken, fish or pork. My favorite for pork is garlic powder and poultry seasoning. Poultry seasoning is mostly sage and that is perfect with it. For beef try garlic, cayenne, and black pepper. For fish brush a little olive oil on the fillet and then lightly sprinkle with dried dill and garlic powder before baking.
