I looked at my boy-friend today, and asked him what was wrong, he looked ridiculously tired... after asking him for about 20 mins he said he that missed me so much that he couldnt sleep... I didn't know what to say.. I want to help him and dont know how. Please help...

call them email them or contact them to let you know how oyu feel or tell a close friend you can trust that will take a lot of weight off your shoulders or oyu can take sleeping pills but that definnitly would not be my first option

i just keep thinking about the person, why? b/c the more i think about the person the more i will hate it.
there is nothing really u can do b/c with time u will forget about it.
u just have to deal with it. it hard but it live, one day u will forget about and not even knoe this.
try to sleep it off and if u can't watch TV or listen to music.
i usually listen to music it help lot.
i am going through the same thing now...
yeah it live the time will come.

Ok, enough of that. Tell him to stop crying himself to sleep and that you'll be there the next day waiting to see him again. You gotta watch for those types... if THEY get too clingy, not even boyfriend-repelent spry will work on him...

I get like this sometimes when my husband is away, I usually call him and he will talk to me until I cannot hold my eyes open any longer.

Go over to his house and sleep next to him. OR call him up so he can hear your voice.
