The common answer is 32 F or 0C.

As someone mentioned, there are a few other factors.

Elevation will change the melting and boiling points.

The level of impurities will also change the melting point and boiling point (I think the freezing point will drop -1.86C for each mole of elements added to the water...this is the reason they put salt on the roads in the winter, to lower the freezing point of the snow/ice/water)

32 F/0 C is for pure (distilled) water at sea level (I believe)

It depends .If the ice is made of pure /distilled/ionized water , then it will melt at 0 degree C' . But, if it contains impurities such as NaCl[salt water ] et cetera , the melting point might decrease ,depending on the concentration of the solution used to make the ice . Hope this will help !

It depends on the pressure. At standard atmospheric pressure, it is 0 degrees Celsius. However, under high enough pressure, this number can go up to 3.8 degrees Celsius.

It depends on where you are (elevation), but it's usually 0 degrees at sea level.
