Your travel agent will set you up with a visa service once you deposit your trip. Depending on the type of trip, you might need a letter of invitation. Or a tour operator booking.

We are the experts on travel. Ask the local travel agent that booked your trip.

The service will ask for things like.
Application
pictures
passport
check for visa fee and processing
copy of itinerary
Possible letter of invitation (they can explain further)

You fedex everything in. Takes a few days to fedex back to you.

Travel Document Systems is a service I have used for years.
