I was told once it means your woman cheats on you and you know it and do nothing about it. I was told a more native person knows this meaning. I sit true?

hahaha....someone might call you "cabrón" in that situation meaning that you are stupid or simply burying your head in the sand in front of the evidence...but cabrón does not have such a specific meaning...it is simply an insult. In most Latin American countries you would get into serious trouble if you call another man like that, it's a really strong insult

Cabron?? Like the RHCP song?

That's interesting to me because in the song it sounds reverential but to a Puerto Rican friend of mine it's a word for a chump.

I think you mean "cabron", with a 'tilde' on the 'o'. It means "bastard" or something close.
