I DO UNDERSTAND. I also think its kind of bullshit when people just say to love yourself. The truth is its a whole lot easier to love yourself when you look in the mirror and like what you see.

Probably there is room for improvement with your body; no body's perfect, right? I will help you lose weight, but I have got some news for you:

IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO BE ANOREXIC TO BE VERY SLIM.

I will not tell you how dangerous it is, because that you already know. I am telling you, because I have learned through life experience, that IT IS NOT NECESSARY.

I used to be quite chubby, then I did some very unhealthy things and got very skinny, and now I am still very thin (my boyfriend says too thin!) but I DO NOT STARVE MYSELF OR HURT MYSELF IN ANY WAY.

You have to have a very clean diet (no junk, no bread, no pasta) and do strength training in the gym WITH WEIGHTS. You MUST gain some muscle tissue in your body to rev up your metabolism so that you can eat! (Not big muscle, just enough to have a firm, toned body!) I have very low body fat, barely an ounce of fat on my body, but I look sexy, not like I'm dying, and I eat normal portions of food regularly throughout the day.

You can look gorgeous, I promise you you can, but DO IT THE RIGHT WAY!!! If you want more info, email me, I have tons of info.

ANOREXIA IS NOT NECESSARY; YOU WILL BE MORE BEAUTIFUL WITHOUT IT, I PROMISE, (and still very thin!!) ok????

I am not bullshitting you at all. I am an ex-model. I suffered a lot psychologically and I don't want other people to go through what I did...

Your trouble is you don't know what you are asking for. Becoming Anorexic is not becoming thin. You can do that other ways. Becoming anorexic is becoming trapped, having your mind run you around in circles with the only ultimate goal being death. It is not about not eating, It is about being tormented for even desiring to eat. If you never want to have a moments peace again and 36 kilo's sounds like a good target weight then go ahead but I can guarentee it is not going to make you any happier because it is not about losing weight and gaining control it is about falling under the control of something else that won't stop until you are dead.

Do you know even know what anorexia is? You don't eat. But you don't "become" anorexic. It doesn't happen overnight. It's an illness.

And quite frankly it bugs the hell out of me to see questions like this. If you could live a day in MY skin as a recovering anorexic you'd shut your ignorant mouth.

When you've had a stroke, a heart attack, thinning hair, ulcers, two surgeries, an unbelievably low metabolism, dehydration, constant cold chills, and a ton of other things by the time you're 25 like I've had, then maybe you'll know anorexia isn't the walk in the park you think it is.

My mother is anorexic, this is very serious, she is down to her lowest now and her organs are shutting down, so you are not going to be happy getting thin this way because you won't live long enough to enjoy it, but if you are serious here it is, You have to talk to yourself every day call yourself a pig and everyone hates you, draw pictures of pigs and write down notes everywhere you look telling you not to eat, exersise every chance you get every commercial of your favorite show.... eat green beans out of a can, get a small saucer and use that as your plate everyday for every meal.... drink only water and drink alot like 52oz every morning when you wake, before every meal that will fill you up... and just get ready for your attitude to change, you will be more angry, more hateful, everyone will start to leave you... so just be prepared.... i live with it everyday and am slowly starting to watch my mom die... because of her anorexia she has osteoporosis now and her bones break easy... good luck with this, i hope you will be as happy as my mom is....

I'm a recovered anorexic, I've lived for YEARS in your skin, so I do understand.

If you have to ask people "how to become anorexic," you need a lot more help than just body image counseling.

Annorexia can lead to serious diseases, possibly even death. Also, not eating slows your metabolism and can even make your weight more and you will never be able to digest food as quickly. Instead, try to eat right and excersize daily. Maybe even diet pills would help, or anything other that eating disorders. Dont get yourself into that. Trust me, they will send you away to a clinic!

I have lived a day in your skin believe me, and anorexia is NOT the answer. Did you know you can get body hair EVERYWHERE from that? Among other nice side effects!!!Not attractive. Not to mention your whole life is about food. I recommend that you see your doctor and talk to him about your health and weight, and get on a doctor supervised health program with exercise and eating right. And maybe talk to him about your unhealthy thinking about anorexia. Death is not attractive, sweetie, and that's where you'll end up.

We should not be telling her/him how to be anorexic!

You need help! You've got problems! Becoming anorexic is the easy way, giving up, if you've got nothing left, then why not talk to a doctor, cause if youve got nothing left it wont hurt right??????!??

P.S. I hope your not serious.

OK SO WOW!! I DONT KNOW ABOUT YOU BUT I AM NOT ANOREXIC BUT LOOK IT AND THAT IS JUST AS BAD AS BEING LARGE CAUSE AFTER THE 3RD TIME OF THE DAY FOR SOMEONE TELLING YOU TO EAT WHEN YOU ALREADY HAVE FOOD IN YOUR HANDS OR HAVE EATIN IT JUST STRAIGHT UP PISSES YOU OFF SO IF YOU WANNA BE SMALLER TRY THE NEW SURGERY AND THEN EXERCISE PLEASE CAUSE THROWING UP JUST HURTS YOUR INSIDES AND YOU DONT WANT TO BE THAT UNHEALTHY!! GOOD LUCK

Eat reasonable portions based on the food pyramid, getting the right mix of protein, carbs, vitamins, fibre and fat (fat doesn't exactly make you fat, its not like your body directly stores fat that you eat. if you eat too much fat, it gives excess calories and your body produces its own fat to store it).

If you do this, you'll have a thin great body, and your mental state will be good because of your good diet. Your skin will be good too ;)

Don't eat a lot of processed food or sugar. Don't eat too much or too little.
