Why don't you just give it a try and see? Food coloring is of course, edible just experiment and see if she likes it.

I think you can. I do that a lot with my step kids, they LOVE to have a bunch of colors in their food. Their favorite is Blue Spagetti lol. I haven't tried it with peas yet, but reading your post makes me want to! lol. I would use red, because any other would still show it's green color. (Use lots of it or they will be brown)
I think it's gonna be hard to make the coloring go all the way threw to the center of the peas.
Why won't she eat anything green?
I know a child that is allergic to anything that is Red, I didn't believe it at first, but I saw him eat a red apple before and he got hives, then a few months later he ate a red lollipop and he got hives again, I don't know why he is like that but, his parents keep everything red away from him now.

Since peas are naturally a deep green I don't quite know if a food coloring will do it but you may want to buy a food coloring kit containing a bunch of different colors and see which works best fro you.

sure, but stay away from red, as it will turn them brown. canned peas are already kinda brown, so i'd use frozen ones. blue coloring would probably work pretty well. just don't try to bleach them.

Sure, why not! It'll only change the colour. Soak them in the dye and water.
