Haven't seen any studies really validating it use. If your looking for a muscle pump than go with the weights, using a variety of sets and rep sequences to balance out your program. For the most part supplements are a waste of time and money. But the ultimate choice is up to the buyer. But just remember buyer be aware.

Unless you're really into working out and want to get 'pumps', I wouldn't bother. It's more or less not worth the price for what it does.
