Yes, there is one. But most of them requires change in Cologne (Koln). You can search for rail info at the Rail Europe website below.

In the old days when I lived in Paris and wanted to go to Berlin, I took trains. But now with so many budget airlines flying in Europe, it's much faster and cheaper to hop on one of the budget airline connecting the two cities especially the long trip between Paris and Berlin. Most Europeans also travel this way nowadays. Check out the air-berlin website below to see if it has the fly that you want.

No direct train, you have to change in Köln (Cologne).
Travel time is 9 hours 15 minutes. At least 5 trains per day.
