I have a good frind that is an boy but i like him more than just a friend. How do i tell him that i like him with out acualy telling him. I have flirted my brains out but i dont know what else to do. I dont want to tell him strait up.

Well I have had this problem many times! I think that you should just ask him if he likes you first. Then if he says no just say that you were wondering. If he says I don't know, then you have to make him, you need to get closer to him, talk to him more get to know him until you spend so much time together that he can't resist you. If he says no, just move on because you can't dwell on people of the past, be happy with a new guy. Ask him hypothetical questions...like "do you think we would have gotten along as boyfriend/girlfriend if we would have met differently" or something along those lines.
I have a really good friend that I've kissed a few times...but I've never broken that "friend" threshold thankfully. Believe me...I would have...but it would have probably ruined a good friendship by making things awkward. Basically, I wasn't attracted to her that way...she was more like a sister to me...and no...I don't live in West Virginia!
If you feel that you love him...truly love him...then take the leap and see if he catches you and keeps you or catches you and dusts you off like a good friend would.
