I do exactly the same during the weekends and during the week I feel a little bit tired however I once tried to stay at home on Saturday and thought that I will go crazy, imaginating all my friends having fun in great clubs. I don't think it's unhealthy. If you feel tired try to get some vitamins, like for example Energy Boost from
Boots.

Are you feeling tired while awake? Is your job performance poor? Do you get sick often? If not, then your clubbing habbits are probably ok for now. At some point, you will begin to feel the fatigue and realize that you need to get more sleep. This tends to happen as you get older. It wouldn't hurt you to take a weekend off once in a while.

Don't do anything. Who do you have to quit ?
I don't see an issue in clubbing (unless you're planning to be a monk), especially if you're a responsible adult and it is something you enjoy doing.
You can do it moderately (clubbing every other weekend or once a month) and not have to take the "all or nothing" solution.
You only live once, so live like Paris Hilton.
Why sacrifice clubbing for your job , you wanna be a slave for the rest of your life ?

I believe only YOU can answer this question. How do you feel about it? Do you feel it's a problem? I'm guessing you have some sort of concern about it or you wouldn't be posting on here. So, I would say it would be a good idea to cut back on going out & give yourself & your body a break. If you are feeling it's getting to be too much then yes it's unhealthy for you. It's great that you don't smoke. AWESOME!

My friends and I did for almost 5 straight years and we had the some good times that we still talk about. If your body starts to wear down then take a night off otherwise go out and play. You will only be young once. Enjoy

You should slow down on the clubbing and do some fun other things like nature walks, movies, or games, or just rent a movie eat popcorn and get some rest. clubbing every weekend is not healthy

I think going out on the weekends is ok, but if your body is getting tired then take a week off from time to time. That is what I do. Just dont ignore your body if you are tired. But I think going out is health for your mind and body.

I don't think you drink socially or you wouldn't be asking this question. I think you "overdo" it on the weekends....Yes, slow down and drink one weekend per month. Do you have an alcoholic parent or grandparent? You may have tendencies to over drink and become one yourself. Take care, Kitty

no keep going out partying while you are young and you can do it. If you are older now and it's not as much fun to go out, I would stay in more often. Find something better to do with your time unless you have a great time clubbing.
