You ask lots of questions that are almost exactly the same. And everyone always seems to give you the same answer. I'm not going to be any different.

As long as you got the phone number through a legitimate source (i.e. a friend of the girl, the phone book, the girl herself, etc), you should definitely give her a call. Ask her if she would be interested in hanging out at the mall together or going to get ice cream sometime.

If she accepts, then you're golden. If not, try and put it behind you and see if there is anyone else you would want to ask. Good luck
