but i still have terrible split ends i dont no which ones to buy now which wil stop split ends because i have heard ghds burn you hair more can you please tell me which ones they are thanks for your suggestions

I have found Toni & Guy heat protection spray with GHDs have caused minimal damage to my hair - and I straighten every day.

i use exactly the same as a girl who answered a couple below: tresemme heat defence spray with ghd's. Either stick with the ghd protection spray or get tresemme (really good) and i would DEFO recommend getting ghd's!! once you start using them you get hooked and can't stop!! the hairdresser i got mine off told me this: 'they are the best, but DO use heat defence spray as ghd's get extremely hot and can damage without spray'

hey ihave tressemie heat defence spray and ghds id go with ghd straightners as tehy are the best but once you use them you cnat use anything else because tehy get your much straighter then any other straightners tahst what i think so if you wnat poker straight hair id go for them ones :D

go with GHD's they really are the best....if you are going to keep straightening your hair though you need to invest in a really good conditioner/treatment for your hair

I love the new straight and dry straighteners as they staighten whilst drying funnily enough. I just touch it up with slim straighteners for definition and minimal damage

Try an ionic ceramic straightener.
The ionic ones are supposed to be better for your hair and not cause so many split ends.

ceramic are the best, but they all cause damage. I suggest using a striagtener just a few times a week.
