I've never heard of it, I'm also not for it. if we result to breaking the laws to fight illegal-immigration, then we are giving in to the illegals by handling things illegally ourselves. Let's try properly enforcing the law, get the wall built, get them out, and keep them out. Sounds like a legal solution to the problem.
