You don't, you burn them and go find a new boyfriend....what ever made him leave or you leave...it will happen again....and again....
There are plenty of others waiting to take his place...let it go and move on...

I'd suggest that you not give your ex the letters at all. Use them as a tool to prepare for a private conversation between the two of you instead. If he's still hurting, he could use these letters to embarras you or 'make sport of you.' It's like writing something in concrete. You need to talk with him directly to resolve the issues between you. Good Luck

Do you really need to beg??? Mabey you did something really bad but still, you shouldn't make yourself seem pitiful. You can make him not want to be back with you by seeming so incapable of handling a simple breakup. It can seem TERRIBLE at the moment but if you just step back and really look at it, it's not a big a deal as your making it out to be. With that said, I think you should just have a face to face conversation with him explaining how you allowed some bad decisions get in the way of a good relationship and you don't think it's worth throwing what you two had away. how can he be your ex boyfriend and you can't deliver the letters. does he have a mail box, hello mail them and if for some reason you can't mail them what's up with you leaving them at his house or having a friend give them to him. what did you do for your ex not to be dealing with you as to where you feel like you can't hand the letters to him personally.
