SPEAK! talk to a friend about it, often! it will finally be a "normal" thing to talk about. Not nice I know but you gotta face the facts that it has happened unfortunately:(

It may seem that it would be best to forget these things, but horrible as they are, they are also learning experiences. Your best friend's death makes you think about your own mortality; you and your sister's molestation shows you the repercussions of abuse, so that you know not to do that to your own children; the physical abuse shows you that parents don't always know best. Bad things happen to good people every day. Being exposed to it as a child prepares you for the evils you will face as you become an adult. If you didn't have these experiences, you might not have been able to understand what abuse/molestation victims go through, and maybe having shared the same kind of hurt will bring you and your sister closer together. I'm not saying that it's good that these things happened, or that they should have, but I am saying that you should take the good out of the bad experiences and keep these lessons close to your heart. You will be a better person for it.

hard times like these are hard to make go away. they come as shockers most of the time, like someone dying, or being molested, it hurts, i know. But going down that road although it may seem like a hell that you will never see the end of, helps. Once you have made a decision to keep moving forward through the pain, you begin to realize all the things in life to be happy for, you begin to heal sometimes without realizing it until you look back upon your troubles. So the answer is, you can't make them go away, that only causes more hurt to be buried down inside, don't ignore it, if you need to talk to a counselor then do, do what makes you feel like you are moving in the right direction, around the hurt, that way you can deal with it, and move on. You will never be able to make those things in your life go away.. trust me, but you can stand up later and say that you are a stronger person because of it, and you can let how you dealt with it shape you and others.

You don't. I was molested by my father and brother and I have lived with it for decades. The memory will always be there and at times moreso than at others. Only time heals wounds and them more bearable but time cannot erase them completely. You can't put it out of your mind but you can choose to go on and make the best of your life despite what happened to you and your sister. It would not be a bad idea for you and your sister to seek counseling. I am in counseling and therapy and it helps...believe me.

Sadly these thing will never go away but you can get help to better understand how to handle them. If you are in school then go to a counselor and ask for help. They will not go away but you can learn from them and move on to become a great person.
Get medical help though.
Good luck
