when advertising p.c.m does this include poll tax or anything else apart from rent?

Per Calender Month, this means when rent is due. Your rental agreement will state what is included and what is not. If your are not sure ask your landlord or his agent

normally this will only include the rent unless otherwise stated, most people will write on the description but 9 times out of ten this will only be rent
