Dont speak spanish but I do know that Como te vas means how is it going. te Vas would be is it going. vas is a form of vamos which means go.

or just "you're going" like in "te vas a la cama" - you're going to bed.

if it's a question like ¿te vas? it means are you going (away)? or are you leaving?

if someone is really mad at you and tells you TE VAS! it means get the he.ll out! ...lol!

It can mean a lot of things depending on the context.
