A foolish 20 something year old woman didn’t “think” she could get pregnant and had unprotected sex with a boyfriend that she wasn’t even in love with. She did this because the material condoms are made out of irritate her skin. Four months later she finds out she is pregnant.
What should she do?

I certainly do know what the options are. I just know someone who put herself in this situation. I completely disapprove of her actions, and have had a difficult time dealing with it. I just wanted to hear some other reactions to the situation.
In the end…she didn’t have an abortion…didn’t give the kid up for adoption…did marry the boyfriend…lived a miserable existence for a while and divorced him. She is now a mother who is a mother not because she wanted to be a mother, but because she put herself in that situation. She doesn’t look at her child the way a typical mother does. Her child is a responsibility…doesn’t seem to be anything more than that. My first thought…there are too many stupid people having kids for ALL the wrong reasons or for know reason at all. This should be a thought out decision and should ONLY be made out of love.

Tell the guy, get child support, go on with new life. Unfortunately the one that suffers the most will be the child. All members and their family's will be affected by this no matter how it turns out just hope for the best. Last thing she should do is marry him. If she doesn't love him she never will and they will be miserable until divorce happens then everyone will be even more miserable for even longer.

So there's 2 types of boyfriends now?: the ones you're in love with and the ones you're not? Seriously? When did this happen? And how do you know which one you are? I mean, it would kinda suck to find out you're the boyfriend your girlfriend DOESN'T love.
Okay, well, as you know, the options are pretty simple: Kill the baby or don't kill the baby. (Yes, it's really that simple. I would opt for not killing the baby, but it's not my decision.) If she decides NOT to kill the baby, again, she has two options: keep the baby or give the baby away.

what she should do is what's right for her . know one can make a decision like that for her or give advice she must think real hard and search her own heart to see what's right for her. and i hope all goes well for your friend. but what ever she chooses i hope your good enough friend to stand the test of time with her and help her in what ever she does lol and good luck

keep the baby..that is her own fault for having sex with out the condom..its not the babys fault so why should it be hurt because of her stupidity?
