Indeed. No other holiday has more lies attched than Christmas. The giving is nothing more than reciprocal greed. The churches go along with it for love of money. Police records and media files support the fact that Christmas is not the nicest time of year, but the worst on most accounts: more suicides, more drunk drivers, more thefts, more domestic problems, more financial woes, more traffic fatalities, more depression related illness, etc.
As for the birth of Jesus, it's biblically provable it occurs at the Feast of Tabernacles (nine months after Xmas), which usually occurs in September. So Christmas is more likely the conception time of Jesus, not the birth time.
See link enclosed for other Xmas lies and fallacies.

It is. Even the Vatican claimed that jesus wasn't born in December. Christmas is a holiday in which many religions including many pagan religions celebrate similar things. Most of them a baby being born from a virgin in a stable, from a poor family.
For example. Osiris, Jesus and Tamuz among others.

Yes it is from pagan origin and Jesus is certainly not pleased when people refuse to give him honor as our reigning King in heaven. Instead, they continue to keep him as a baby. They forget that Jesus lived in heaven with his Father since the universe was created. His death is more important than his birth.
In fact, God gave us the date to celebrate the memorial of his Son's death, but no date was given for his birth. That is because he did not want it to be celebrated.

Christmas ITSELF is not pagan. Pagans did not (and do not now) celebrate the birth of Christ because they weren't (and aren't) followers of Christ.
Christmas traditions are. The Christians found it easier to convert early pagans if they simply "substituted" Christmas for the Winter Solstice/Yule. The Christmas tree is ours (live trees were brought inside to give shelter to spirits of the forest), the colors are ours (green and red for the fertility of the Goddess, who gives birth to the Holly King at Yule), the yule log is ours, gift giving is ours, misteltoe is ours (it represented male potency - semen), among other things.
But Christmas as what it stands for is not ours.
Bright blessings.

It is a pagan holiday.
Im christian, I tell my kids Santa is fake
I buy them christmas gifts
I dont care if we celebrate at their family's houses, with trees and songs and lights.
So long as they know the truth, we can all enjoy christmas.
