anyone in the SE have experince in moving a house and setting on a new foundation?

I am considering buying a historic house which must be moved to my property. I am in NC and would like to find/talk to someone who does this so that I can get a cost estimate

My buddy moves houses for a living and the foundations are preset and they do settle a bit more after the house is sat down.His company charges around $15-25,000.00 to move them.

i live in NC, cost will be considered in the amount of miles to travel/move the house....u should consider getting a good block/brick mason and over size ur footer too......here they charge us about $ 20,000.00 per move....
