Jesus honored a man for standing and praying (Luke 18:13), he prayed with is hands on children (Matthew 19:13), he told his disciples to sit while praying (Mark 14:32), he often went alone to pray (Mark 1:35), he laid his hands on people on prayed for them (Luke 4:40), and he sat before a crowd and prayed (Matthew 6:9-13). And yes, on one occasion he fell on his face and prayed (Matthew 26:39).
Jesus taught that it is not the position of the body, but the attitude and faith of the heart that pleases God in prayer. He did not taught, nor did he practice prayer only when kneeling or bowing.

Jesus looked to the sky when he was praying to the father.
In Matthew 26:39 he new he is going to die soon, he was alone and desperate, full of fear and this is what he said to the father: he fell to the ground begging
O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless not as I will, but as thou wilt.
And as you can see he called God Father not Allah. He did not wash himself and start with words like Allahu Akbar
and btw not only Muslims pray that way christian nuns and priest spread in front of the cross totally submitting to God's will

Jesus didn't pray to a false God like Islam. Jesus did not always fall to the ground. Jesus was the Son of God, and God incarnate. Jesus said there would be false prophets coming in his name, thus the liar mohammed.
Sorry i meant no offence ,all i am telling is what is in the Bible.

I am a Christian and have also fell to the ground in prayer. But I, as Jesus did, pray in other ways also.

Sometimes I pray on my knees, sometimes I pray while sitting out on my patio with a cup of coffee, sometimes I pray while driving my car, taking a shower, lying in bed late at night.
In fact, I pray everywhere and all the time.
We should feel we can come to Him whenever and wherever. If I need to pray while I'm at work, I don't get on my knees. Jesus said He is our Friend, our Father, our God.
I can come to my Father, sit on His lap, call him "Dad" and spill my guts. That's what He wants.
My favorite time to pray is when I'm taking my walk. I put on my Ipod and listent to Christian music, and I worship and pray while I'm getting exercise.
And God is loving it, too.
We don't have to get into position to pray. God wants us just as we are.

I'm glad to hear that, however, I pray a bit differently. To each his own, I suppose, but, I believe He will hear you even if you stood on your head. He prayed also when He was hanging on the cross, and in the garden. It isn't just face to the floor. Good Luck!!!

If Muslims were so proud of the way Jesus prayed than they would also believe Jesus when he said "I and the Father are one" and "He who sees me, sees the Father"

Wow - that's a lot of falling to the ground in prayer - do you have an inner ear problem? - It can upset the balance, you know.
Seriously, here is another deluded Muslim trying to get deluded christians (and others, I have no doubt) to convert to his piss-poor religion which only spreads ignorance and misery.

And in what position was Stephen (the first Christian Martyr) when he prayed?
Find, also, other Biblical positions in which people prayed.
