Move the calorie count up to 1200-1400, and eat low fat. With an hour of cardio a day, you will burn 1900 calories a day at your age, weight and size. If you stay at 1400, you will lose a pound a week (3500 calories equal a pound) so 8 weeks. At 1000 calories a day you will lose roughly a pound every 4 days so a little under 5 weeks (32 days) that way.

You state that you are 12 years old....you should not be focusing on losing weight, but on making healthy choices. You should be eating more than 1200 cals/day, and if you want to be healthier, should be focusing on healthy habits. Ride the bike for 30 minutes, eat more fruits/vegetables, and don't worry about your weight, it is healthy. At 63 inches and 112 pounds, your BMI is right around 20, which is a healthy weight.

At your age you shouldn't be starving yourself, 1000-1200 calories is simply not sufficient for a 12 year old. 112 lbs is not that heavy anyways, just eat a healthy 2000-3000 cal diet and get regular exercise.

Please, Please, Please do not go on a diet. You are growing and this is the time that you need to be eating healthy. If you try to do this now it can have adverse affects on your growth and future health. Just be sensible about what you eat. Balance, variety, and moderation with plenty of low calorie fruits and veggies. Also you need to make sure to get your calcium and other major vitamins and minerals.
You know if you skip meals that your body has a defense mechanism and slows down your metabolism so you can store fat more easily. The way to keep up your metabolism is by eating 5 to 6 smaller meals throughout the day. Please let this information sink in and good luck.

I would not suggest you do all of that to yourself. You are also too young to do that to yourself. 30 min on the bike is plenty for you and as far as calories 1600. You have to make sure you eat enough or your body will go into starvation mode and you don't want that.
