I've never seen a 20ma, the normal one is 30ma for shock protection, and the next in the range is 10ma for a higher level of protection. You would use a 30ma for circuits supplying portable equipment for use outdoors, also for electric showers and any other circuits requiring a fast disconnection time. Or just as added shock/fault protection indoors.
