My husband bought a used exercise machine and I want more info on it as to what it does and how best to use it, but I don't know what it's called so I can't look it up...
You put your feet on the footholds and then move them back and forth on a track that is arc-shaped. There is a bar to hold onto but it doesn't move. Any help much appreciated! Thanks!!

ohhhh ya i've seen the infomercial for it, I don't remember the name but it is a good work out.....great for your butt and thighs, the name should be on the machine somewhere

Don't know the name, but I know what it's for. It's a stimulator.
