HELP GUYS COULD YOU Anwser This One?
When a guy says he would love you if he was single what does it mean?
i was dating a guy for a while we both were very physically attracted to one another and things broke up as i was upset about my job etc a little needy at the time...he always stares at me when we are out and the other day i apoligised to him and he said i was one of the most lovely people he had met and that initially he was intimidated by my job ( i have quite a high powered job and earn good money) he also said he thought i was gorgeous back then and still does, i said i was leaving and he kept on grabbing me and said he would love me...if he was single..When i chatted about one of my ex boyfriends he got jealous and said 'what about us?'. He has only just started to date someone else..i have always been infatuated with him and vice versa..what should i do should i ask him for a drink as friends, i think he could of beena potential one

He's looking for you to make the move. That's up to you, but I wouldn't do it. If he's intimidated by your job, it will cause a lot of problems down the road. You probably need to find someone that is bold enough to drop who they are going with and just ask you out again. Just a thought, someone should never be able to say "I would love you". That's not how love works. You do or you don't.

Remember one thing out of all this; A person can love you but not be in love with you. I hope you understand what that means. He loves your back, he did not say he loved you. You probably sexed him pretty well.
This is an old saying in our family: "If love is not being served at the dinner table. It is better you excuse yourself from the dinner table."

Run the other way, honey, he isn't single. He got married and you don't want to mess up his life, the life of his wife, perhaps kids, plus your own life. And, if he cheats on her, he will cheat on you as well. Grass looks greener because it's over a septic tank...

Go see a therapist and talk about your father's manipulative tactics.
