What are we doing wrong?

Hypocrisy is a sin that Christians are sometimes guilty of - pretending to be or saying one thing but proving being another.
But hypocrisy implies a willful act - A hypocrite consciously deceives and pretends to be one thing but is actually another. It is done with deception in mind. It is not incidental or done out of ignorance.
sometimes we are accused of being a hypocrite wrongfully because we made a mistake or inadvertantly did something or said something. That is not hypocrisy because it was not done willfully.
and sometimes we are accused of being hypocritics simply because others misunderstand some teaching of the bible. That is not hypocrisy on our part - it is lack of understanding on the other person's part.
But sometimes we are true hypocrites - we say one thing and live out another, we deceive others - and probably we deceive ourselves!
May God help us as Christians to be "single-eyed", whole-hearted, complete in our devotion and desire to please God.

Hypocrites come in all sizes, shapes, colors and creeds.
I try not to be one (hypocrite) and not to worry too much about what other people are doing.
But then again I'm not a Christian.

some people see christians as hypocrites because they are supposedly taught to love their neighbors as themselves, be humble, keep their enemies close and be non-judgmental, etc. but there are quite a few in the world who are anything BUT these things.

We are doing nothing wrong.It is so much easier to call Christians names,then become one.
Jesus said the world would hate us,because they hated Him.
Jesus is the light,men love the darkness.
Because they try to hide their sins in the darkness.
Jesus said if they speak well of you,you are doing it wrong.
Satan has blinded their eyes ,but one day they will see.
Keep serving our savior,till he comes.
Look not for the approval of man.
Remember if not for Christians,this world would go to hell.

Because way too many use a religion based on love to pracice so much hate in so many forms.
