The first time was my visa was tampered and I have no idea where it happened, the second time was that I found out my acknowledgment letter was misplaced and I cannot found it. so they cancelled again my visa. I am desperate, I really need the job

Not knowing what country you are from all I can suggest is that you speak with what ever government agency is similar to our US State Department. Or you might ask the Canadian Embassy personnel if they have any suggestions. I imagine you are not the first person to have a VISA canceled for similar reasons.
