My hair is really curly. I used to have my hair really long almost to my butt. But I don't know what happend all of the sudden it shrunk and it's up to my sholders now. I don't know what happend. Maybe it was the gel that I use I don't know. I want my hair long again. What can I do Please help :(.

I use a lot of non alcohol gel is that good. If not what can I do to repair my hair.

I would go to get it trimmed reguarly. Your hair grows faster if you cut the ends. Also, make sure to take care of your hair, too much straightening, blow drying, or curling your hair can damage the ends, so be aware of that. You can also try shampoos that specialize in hair growth.

how does that happen? I have never heard of hair shrinking from waist level to shoulder level.


Avoiding the use of products with SD-40 alcohol is a good start. If you want to repair your hair, you need to get educated on what ingredients nourish your hair and which ones cause damage and them buy your products accordingly. Use a good brush and don't use tight hair ties.

see if you have changed any of your hair products, some are actually designed to help curl your hair! Check with your beautician, they know your hair from working on it in the past and they know how others react to changes in life - they are a wonderful source.

use natural aloe vera gel from the company lily of the desert
stay away from chemical products and heat if you use heat use only a blow dryer. rub cocunut oil on ur hair evey 2 wks
