Stress can cause your muscles to tighten and can cause a cramp like feeling. So if you are experiencing this, just take some time to relax each day and if you do need to try taking something for the pain or try a heating pad to help relax the muscles.

Yes. You should try taking magnesium for this. Calcium is used by the body to flex or tighten muscles. Magnesium is sed to relax muscles. Both minerals are used for a lot more things, too. When you're stressed, in pain or even drink coffee, your body excretes magnesium and you may quickly become depleted. Don't take magnesium oxide. It will just give you diarrhea since you can not absorb it.

A hot bath may be good in the meantime!
