I rent an apartment, so I cannot make major changes. What changes can I make in my lifestyle and home to stop global warming? Does a Prius make a difference? Is there any way to save water or reuse grey water, even though I cannot divert drains? How about energy saving?

An easy one is to replace your incandescent light bulbs with compact fluorescent bulbs. If everyone did this it would make a measurable difference.

When you shop for anything that consumes power (car, appliances, etc) look for efficient choices. Everything is labeled so you can compare.

use energy efficient appliances/lights make suure you don't leave the tap dripping/walk when going somewhere close by

small things will matter in the long run
