Im not sure how to increase height physically but you can do it with fashion!! If you wear jeans that are wide and stright legged with a top that is a little bit longer (like below your belt line) it creates the illusion that you are taller. If you pair it with some pointy toed shoes it makes the line from your leg longer to your toe. They talk about this a lot on What Not To Wear on TLC.

There is an operation for height... it involves inserting pins in your joints and turning them daily. You get a max of 6" from this procedure and it takes a long time, is incredibly painful, and won't be covered by insurance. Other than that, I would suggest dealing with your current height.

How tall are you now? I am 5'2" and have been short my entire life. There is nothing wrong with being short, but I can understand the desire to be taller. However, if you aren't happy at your natural height, being taller isn't going to help. I recommend leaning to increase your self esteem before you try changing yourself.

You can't increase height by doing something yourself. I read about a surgical procedure some people go trough, but it only adds a few inches and it's really costly painful. Here's the link http://www.ctv.ca/servlet/ArticleNews/story/CTVNews/1049080715586_16/?hub=CTVNewsAt11. My advice is be happy your alive and with the body you have.

THERE IS NOT WAY TO ENHANCE THE BODY'S NATURAL HEIGHT. You want to be taller, wear platform shoes, heels or walk on stilts. Otherwise, accept your height for what it is.

There is no solution. You can take comfort that some of the greatest people that ever lived were short. My advice to you is count your blessings, don't dwell on something you can't do anything about.

You don't, unless you wear tall shoes.
Now, if your posture is poor (as in you're slumped over), you could try straightening your spine and correcting your posture. And if you're starting to lose bone density, you will want to add calcium to your diet so your bones won't try to break down.

You can't. It's impossible. Unless you want to undergo surgery to lengthen your calves and not be able to walk for a year or more.
