"Compilation" is the act of putting things together to make a whole. Gathering and keeping as a unit.

"Blows away" has the meaning of surrendering to the air and being moved along by the wind. In Nirvana terms it means being so light that one is as light as air and is blown by the wind to disappear and become part of the atmosphere itself.
