Why not us the fish thats in yahoo tol bar?Click on pencil icon next to yahoo search bar.Personal options,add/edit buttons.1st row 2nd set .TRANSLATE CURRENT PAGE.It puts a little fish icon on your toolbar.

Babelfish is the worst translator available online. Very inaccurate.
Try translation.imtranslator.net. It will give you the gist of what the Russian says, but any native speaker can tell a machine translation.

I would advise you to use the Firefox web browser and then download the tiny add on called translator, it translates by just visiting the site and clicking to translate, its very easy and quick to use!

translation programs are still really bad. Find a friend who speaks languages and get them to translate it for you...
