You started off good but you should have left the part about the refusal of friendship out!
If I were you I would just respond: " Sorry it didn't work out with us, best wishes!"

i really don't understand why you feel you need to answer her. it seems that the two of you have answered back and forth enough. the two of you are beyond answering any question; you are now just trying to see who can get the last (damming) word. just stop, neither of you really care what the other has to say at this point.

Sounds like she though you were rude for saying " I don't want to be friends because I already have enough of them" but that you wanted to date her? That is pretty mean, you should have just apoligized and said that you will see her around...because how you said it it came out if you want to f+ck that's cool but I don't want to be your friend.
